St. Charles Community College in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee campus facilities, interior and exterior maintenance, and HVAC systems, along with routine and non-routine repairs.
The role includes on-call hours for emergencies and snow removal; you will supervise the Maintenance Department, develop maintenance schedules, and coordinate with faculty, staff and vendors to keep campus buildings safe and functional. Experience in supervision and reading blueprints is preferred.
