Job summary

Search Masters is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities at our Canton, Ohio manufacturing facility. You will lead a 12–14 person maintenance team across a 3-shift, 24/5 operation, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient equipment and building systems.

You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, spearhead continuous improvement projects, and supervise maintenance operations across injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role managing maintenance teams.
• Strong multi-craft maintenance background with versatile technical skills.
• Experience overseeing blow molding, injection molding, and extrusion processes.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop people in a manufacturing environment.
