Job summary

Food Talent Solutions is assisting a long-time client in the food manufacturing sector with a hands-on Maintenance Manager role, located about 10 minutes south of Kenosha, WI. This leadership position drives uptime, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and KPI reporting across the maintenance department.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical knowledge, food manufacturing experience, and a coaching-oriented yet execution-driven leadership style; bakery experience is a plus.
