Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Continuous Process Improvement Sr Manager who will drive maintenance and reliability excellence across multiple manufacturing sites. You will lead Asset Care, PM and PdM programs, and serve as SAP PM SME, shaping work orders, data governance, and shutdown planning with site leadership.

You will coach plant teams, reduce reactive maintenance, optimize MRO inventory, and build organizational capability through training and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, or related field, or 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years in manufacturing maintenance, reliability engineering, maintenance systems, or leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of PM, PdM, SAP PM, EWM, and asset care methods.
• Ability to coach cross-functional teams and lead process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of maintenance and reliability best practices across multiple facilities.
• Coach plant and maintenance teams on Asset Care, PM, PdM, RCA, RCM, TPM, and Work Management.
• Reduce reactive maintenance through planning, scheduling, and reliability programs.
• Serve as SAP PM SME, standardizing work orders, PM, backlog, and shutdown planning.
• Improve SAP PM data quality and governance and optimize master data.
• Provide SAP EWM and MRO storeroom process expertise for spare parts optimization.
• Partner with procurement and supply chain to improve spare-parts availability.
• Conduct GEMBA reviews and health checks to identify gaps and corrective actions.
• Build capability through training, workshops, and standardized work.
• Monitor KPIs like PM compliance, schedule compliance, MTBF/MTTR, and inventory accuracy.
