Job summary

TMS International, the leading provider of on-site, industrial steel mill services for steelmakers around the world, is seeking a Maintenance Manager at West Mifflin, PA. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable equipment availability while promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff in a 24/7 environment; hire, train, and manage team members and contractors.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations to plan and prioritize repairs, including preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures; ensure OSHA and company compliance.
• Manage procurement of tools, supplies, and parts; work with vendors to locate materials and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain awareness of operating costs and support budgeting, cost control, and planning for maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate records, maintenance logs, and utilize ERP and Microsoft Office systems for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

TMS is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager at our West Mifflin, PA location.

Pay: $110k - $120k DOE
