ROCKWOOL is seeking an onsite Maintenance Manager for our new Wallula, WA facility. You will provide strategic leadership over plant maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of production equipment, facilities, and utilities.
Responsibilities include preventive/predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead a team to maximize uptime, collaborate with Engineering and Operations, and promote a strong safety culture.
We are seeking an onsite Maintenance Manager in our new Wallula, WA to join the ROCKWOOL team. As a Maintenance Manager you will provide strategic leadership and oversight into all plant maintenance operations, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. This role is responsible for the maintenance and servicing of electrical, mechanical, and isotope systems; the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs; and the upkeep of the physical plant, utilities, and grounds. The Maintenance Manager also ensures compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance. The base salary range for this position is $125,000.00 - $155,000.00. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
