Role Description

The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in St Charles, ID. This role oversees the maintenance and repair of all rental properties, ensuring they are safe, functional, and prepared for guest arrivals. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and performing routine inspections, coordinating preventive maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and managing repairs for building systems, equipment, and fixtures. The Maintenance Manager will supervise maintenance staff or contractors, track work orders, maintain inventory of tools and supplies, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role also collaborates closely with operations and guest services teams to support efficient turnovers and high-quality guest experiences.
