Job summary

Wynen's is seeking a Senior Site Maintenance Leader to oversee a large maintenance organization across a North American fulfillment network based in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This role leads maintenance operations at a key site and partners with operations leaders to optimize reliability and uptime.

You will direct maintenance leaders and technicians to deliver performance targets, enforce strict safety standards, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement in equipment

Qualifications

• Seven years+ of experience managing employees.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Proven ability to manage safety, budgets, and vendor execution.
• Willingness to relocate and travel.
