Furlani Foods, LLC in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the North Plant facility. The role develops and executes preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), reliability, uptime, and plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5-7 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of Reliability Engineering, mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• A motivational leader and communicator at all levels of the organization.
• Experience implementing best in class maintenance programs and strategies such as: Planning/Scheduling, Predictive and Preventative Maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime in a 24/7 operation.
• Lead the maintenance team in implementing and sustaining reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
• Deploy maintenance strategies and KPIs and metrics aligned with business/company strategies and performance goals.
• Collaborate on Root Cause Analysis and Reliability-Centered Maintenance to reduce unscheduled downtime and boost equipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with supporting departmental teams on capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process optimization.
