The maintenance manager is responsible for directing plant maintenance activities. During the startup of the new facility, they will be a part of a team responsible for equipment selection/placement, training, and hiring of the maintenance workforce. After the plant startup, the goal will be to provide direction to the maintenance team in maintenance of production equipment in a manner that ensures employee safety, product safety and quality and compliance to production schedules. This position will also manage all maintenance costs for the plant.
