H.B. Fuller in Mesquite, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and capital projects at the Mesquite site, advancing safety, quality, continuous improvement, reliability, and OEE. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role supports safe, efficient operations.

You will manage CMMS/SAP planning, scheduling, budgets, and strive for Lean, TPM, 5S, DMAIC and FMEA driven improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance, reliability, or capital project leadership in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems and industrial equipment reliability.
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Mesquite, Texas.

The Maintenance Manager leads maintenance, reliability, and capital project activities at the Mesquite manufacturing site. This role advances safety, quality, continuous improvement, reliability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position supports safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site maintenance team.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems and industrial equipment reliability.
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Mesquite, Texas.

Preferred Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.
• Process Safety Management (PSM) experience.
• Lean Manufacturing or TPM experience.
• Six Sigma or related continuous improvement experience.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is 100,000-130,000.
