Job Requirements

• Experience working in a chemical or pharmaceutical facility
• Experience managing people and programs
• Experience implementing and maintaining standards to ensure equipment improvements are achieved through preventive and predictive maintenance tools and techniques
• Experience leading and mentoring maintenance personnel to achieve maintenance goals
• BS in Chemical Engineering but may consider other relevant engineering degrees
• 5+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience; chemicals or pharmaceuticals preferred
• 4+ years of supervisory experience of 10 or more direct and indirect reports
