Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC (US) is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Lakewood, WA site. You will lead reliability and maintenance operations, ensure equipment uptime, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning systems.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, compressors, boilers, HVAC, and process instrumentation.

• Oversee the maintenance of key systems such as conveyors, pumps, motors, PLCs, VFDs, HVAC, and facility equipment.
• Utilize CMMS tools to track work orders, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all equipment and processes meet safety and food safety standards.

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and maintenance operations at our facility in the Lakewood, WA area. What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Experience with CMSS platforms and maintenance planning systems
• Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, compressors, boilers, HVAC, and process instrumentation
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in food, beverage, or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Lean / 5S or continuous improvement experience
• Welding or fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, Arc)
• Technical education in mechanical, electrical, or related field

Pay and Perks:

• Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience
• Annual Performance Bonus: Target of 15% of base salary
• Quarterly Incentive Program:Eligibility for a salaried quarterly incentive plan tied to service center performance
