Tosca is seeking a Maintenance Manager at our Lakewood, WA facility to lead reliability and maintenance operations. You will ensure equipment uptime, optimize maintenance programs, and support a safe, efficient production environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, 2–5 years of leadership, strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical and automated systems, and hands-on leadership of a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a team of maintenance technicians and facilities personnel.
• Drive a proactive maintenance culture by expanding preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce failures.
• Manage maintenance budgets, including repair & maintenance (R&M) and spare parts inventory.
• Partner cross-functionally with production, engineering, and operations teams to support business goals.
• Oversee the maintenance of key systems such as conveyors, pumps, motors, PLCs, VFDs, HVAC, and facility equipment.
• Utilize CMMS tools to track work orders, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all equipment and processes meet safety and food safety standards.

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• 2–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing maintenance teams
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
• Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning systems
• Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, compressors, boilers, HVAC, and process instrumentation
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food, beverage, or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Lean / 5S or continuous improvement experience
• Welding or fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, Arc)
• Technical education in mechanical, electrical, or related field

Pay And Perks

• Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience
• Annual Performance Bonus: Target of 15% of base salary
• Quarterly Incentive Program: Eligibility for a salaried quarterly incentive plan tied to service center performance
