The Maintenance Manager will lead and oversee the facilities and maintenance operations of three fast‑paced facilities, approximately 540 sq. ft., two of which are manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all facility infrastructure, production equipment, and tooling through comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance programs. The manager will oversee the full lifecycle of equipment, ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and lead sustainability initiatives to align with the company’s strategic goals. With a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity, the ideal candidate will leverage technology, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross‑functionally to support operational excellence and future business growth.
This position requires 100% in‑office presence in our Jacksonville, FL offices and does not offer remote work.
