Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to drive day-to-day WC execution, develop and optimize metal fabrication and assembly processes, and document improvements under senior engineers.

IEM is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for our Jacksonville location. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day Work Center (WC) execution, development, optimization, and documentation of metal fabrication and assembly processes. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, this role will ensure that all team members operate safely, meet schedule targets, and deliver high‑quality output in alignment with KPIs. This role has multiple responsibilities within the Center of Excellence and will partner closely with the Operations Manager to identify constraints, support continuous improvement, test alternative solutions, participate in first of kind build, and maintain flow across the work center.
