About The Role

As a Maintenance Manager in our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and oversee the maintenance and repair of all production equipment. Your main goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• CMRP preferred
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Certification in Maintenance Management
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
