Job summary

Nouria Energy is seeking a motivated Maintenance Manager to oversee building and c-store maintenance across our Hopkinton office and field locations.

You will source and negotiate service providers, train and dispatch field technicians, perform site visits, and manage preventive maintenance programs. This role demands strong organization, budget control, and effective cross-functional communication. A valid driver’s license and on-call readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervising field technicians.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Retail / c-store industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of building and c-store maintenance.
• Source and negotiate rates with service providers (carpentry, plumbing, etc.).
• Train, build morale, and dispatch work to in-house field technicians.
• Site visits for quality analysis on repairs.
• Oversee third-party service technicians and approve invoices.
• Control spends and manage maintenance budgets.
