Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Manager responsible for planning and coordinating plant machinery and equipment maintenance to ensure maximum production and safety. Key responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining machinery and equipment to prevent production interruptions and ensure safety.
2. Updating and managing equipment information and repair files.
3. Developing and implementing Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs.
4. Managing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
5. Maintaining building and property standards.
6. Monitoring utility usage and implementing cost-saving measures.
7. Monitoring wastewater parameters and ensuring environmental compliance.
8. Assisting in plant operations planning and safety enforcement.
9. Managing the facility’s PSM Program and Refrigeration Systems.
10. Training and developing maintenance personnel.
11. Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
12. Overseeing plant security and safety protocols.
13. Maintaining MSDS sheets and safety gear compliance.
14. Supporting company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
