Responsibilities:

• Lead and train the Maintenance team to ensure equipment runs smoothly and minimize downtime of injection molding presses.
• Collaborate with Production to schedule preventive maintenance and maintain an effective maintenance plan.
• Identify root causes of machine disruptions and delegate resolution tasks.
• Perform maintenance projects, including vendor and contractor coordination.
• Monitor machinery for malfunctions and respond promptly to issues.
• Manage parts inventory and purchase supplies as needed.
• Maintain high standards of 5S practices.
• Report directly to the President of the company.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, Associate’s degree, or Journeyman certification.
• Strong mechanical and maintenance skills.
• 5+ years of experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel 15% regionally.
