Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Grand Prairie, Texas invites an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and advance reliability across plant operations. You will drive equipment selection, continuous improvement, and budget stewardship to support safe, efficient production.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance leadership, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and strong skills in CMMS and predictive maintenance.

Position Description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance department, overseeing equipment selection, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures the reliability and efficiency of plant operations by developing and optimizing maintenance processes. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager is accountable for budget administration, capital projects, and cost control strategies.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Proficiency in CMMS, predictive maintenance technologies and reliability‑centred maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial maintenance or a related field.

The salary range for this position is estimated in good faith to be $120k-$145k. The specific offer will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience and other job-related considerations but will be within the stated range.
