We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager for an award-winning, quickly growing RV resort company, for a high-end property near Buckeye, AZ. They achieve results through innovation, creativity, purpose, and the pursuit of excellence This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes to be hands-on and has a strong passion for hospitality and guest service.

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 base (commensurate with experience), 50% Paid Health Insurance Expenses (Single AND Family Coverage), 401K with 6% Match, Outstanding Career Growth Potential, PTO, and much more!

Position Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality maintenance experience within the lodging industry and/or property management
• Experience with pool and other aquatic facilties a plus
• Ability to develop a team and implement procedures
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office
• Currently reside in the Phoenix area and has the ability to work onsite 5 days per week near Buckeye
