Qualifications

• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Establish maintenance goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Manage capital projects, maintenance spending, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
• Direct maintenance planning and scheduling activities to minimize production disruptions.
• Oversee maintenance of manufacturing equipment, utilities, buildings, grounds, and support systems.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support production objectives.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Lead capital improvement, equipment installation, and facility upgrade projects.
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure proper inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel and future leaders.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure effective use of CMMS.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
