As an experienced Maintenance Manager, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team, overseeing all maintenance operations and ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of facility equipment and infrastructure. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in the maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment, and grounds.

The Maintenance Manager provides direct leadership to all employees within the Maintenance Department and is responsible for carrying out supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Key responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; managing performance; recognizing and addressing employee performance issues; resolving employee concerns; and fostering a safe, productive, and engaged work environment.

• An expert in your field, you and other team members will be responsible for the flawless execution of multiple jobs for well-known brands

• Responsible for training all maintenance personnel.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
