Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead Maintenance Supervisors in Detroit, MI, guiding maintenance activities for assembly operations. You will ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale, while confirming equipment capability and driving process improvements.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, error-proofing, system enhancements, and leadership of the maintenance team. Degree is preferred but experience may waive it for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Industrial Maintenance experience required - NOT building maintenance.
• Experience managing or overseeing Maintenance Supervisors.
• Experience supporting maintenance activities related to assembly operations.
• Knowledge of equipment capability, error and mistake-proofing, preventive maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Associate's degree is preferred; will waive degree in lieu of experience.
