International Delights is building a world-class maintenance program across our production, facilities, and fleet operations. We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to own the site’s maintenance performance end-to-end — leading Team Leaders and technicians, and driving the transition from a reactive to a proactive, planned and predictive maintenance culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 5+ years in a maintenance management role.

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC/controls systems.
• Deep experience with CMMS platforms, KPI dashboards, PM program build-out and data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead multi-level teams across shifts.
• Strong financial acumen—budget ownership, labor planning, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable presenting KPI performance to plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the site’s maintenance KPI scorecard and reporting cadence.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of bakery production lines to meet throughput and food-safety standards.
• Analyze downtime and CMMS data to identify systemic issues and drive root-cause actions.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to mature the four-tier maintenance model (reactive to predictive).

International Delights is building a world-class, multi-asset maintenance program across our production, facilities, and fleet operations. We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to own the site’s maintenance performance end-to-end — leading Team Leaders and technicians, and driving the transition from a reactive to a proactive, planned and predictive maintenance culture.

This role is the accountable owner of the site’s core maintenance KPIs — safety, downtime, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance, and cost — and reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and Engineering as a key partner in executing the 24‑month reliability roadmap. It is a visible, high-impact position with a clear development path toward Director-level responsibility.

What You’ll Do

Performance & Reliability

• Own the site’s maintenance KPI scorecard — safety incidents, unplanned downtime, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance, backlog, and maintenance cost — setting targets, driving corrective action when metrics miss, and reporting performance to plant and maintenance leadership on a regular cadence
• Own day-to-day maintenance of all bakery production lines — mixing, makeup, proofing, ovens, cooling, lamination, and packaging — so scheduled production is delivered at target throughput, yield, and food-safety standards
• Analyze downtime, failure, and CMMS data to identify systemic reliability issues and sponsor root cause and corrective action initiatives
• Partner with the Maintenance Planner and reliability resources to mature the site across the four-tier model: reactive, preventive, predictive, and RCM

Leadership & Development

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable 4 Team Leaders and the technician workforce across shifts A–D, setting priorities and resolving cross-shift conflicts
• Develop the technician bench with the Maintenance Trainer — own the skills matrix, training plan, and succession planning across the maintenance organization
• Translate the site’s 24‑month maintenance roadmap into department-level goals, staffing plans, and daily execution

Safety & Food Safety

• Own safety performance within maintenance — LOTO, machine guarding, confined space, arc flash, and hot work — and lead incident investigations through to closure
• Ensure all work meets GMP, HACCP, allergen-changeover, and SQF requirements; own food‑grade lubricants, no‑loose‑hardware discipline, and post‑repair sanitation sign‑off
• Own the performance, upkeep, and regulatory compliance of refrigeration systems and facility/building infrastructure, including ammonia and refrigerant regulations [and PSM/RMP program elements] and applicable building codes

Planning & Execution

• Review and commit to the weekly maintenance schedule developed by the Maintenance Planner, who reports to the Director of Maintenance and Engineering — validate priorities, assign crew capacity, and protect PM windows around the bake schedule
• Partner with Production on changeovers, sanitation windows, and holiday bake ramps
• Drive CMMS adoption and data integrity across the department to support KPI reporting and planning decisions

Cost & Asset Stewardship

• Manage the maintenance department budget — labor, contractor spend, and parts/MRO inventory — and provide input on capital projects
• Own contractor and vendor relationships supporting maintenance execution, including scope, performance, and cost management
• Own maintenance, inspection, and compliance for site fleet assets — powered industrial trucks, yard equipment, and [delivery vehicles] — including operator inspection programs, OSHA PIT and applicable DOT requirements, service contracts, and replace‑versus‑repair decisions.

What You Bring

Required

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 5+ years in a maintenance management role
• Proven track record owning and improving maintenance KPIs — safety, downtime, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance — in a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC/controls systems
• Deep experience with CMMS platforms, including KPI dashboards, PM program build-out, and data-driven decision‑making
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead multi‑level teams across shifts
• Strong financial acumen — budget ownership, labor planning, and cost control
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable presenting KPI performance to plant leadership

Preferred

• Food or beverage manufacturing experience
• Ammonia refrigeration experience, including participation in or ownership of a PSM program
• SQF, BRC, or equivalent GFSI audit experience
• Fleet or powered industrial truck maintenance experience, including OSHA PIT and DOT compliance programs
• Reliability credentials or framework experience (CMRP, SMRP, Uptime Elements)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; equivalent experience will be considered
• Primary schedule is [day shift, Monday–Friday], supporting a continuous operation running shifts A–D
• On-call rotation and occasional weekend, holiday, or off‑shift coverage required during peak bake ramps, planned shutdowns, and major breakdowns
• Plant floor environment with temperature variation near ovens and coolers, elevated noise, and lifting up to [XX] lbs; PPE and GMP requirements apply at all times

• Measurable, sustained improvement in downtime, MTTR, and MTBF against 24‑month targets
• Strong safety performance and full compliance across the maintenance department
• High PM compliance and a shrinking, well‑managed maintenance backlog
• A capable, accountable leadership bench across Team Leaders and senior technicians
• A demonstrated shift from reactive maintenance toward a planned, predictive, and cost‑disciplined program
