Job summary

TK Recruiting in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for preventive maintenance across all machines. You will schedule, document, and coordinate maintenance activities, while ensuring safety and reliability of production lines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience with heavy machinery, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills to drive continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership experience with 10 direct reports.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and document preventive maintenance activities for all machines.
• Establish and maintain inventory levels for critical wear and spare parts.
• Escalate problems early and schedule repairs to minimize loss to business.
• Conduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure safety of employees.
• Train, mentor, supervise and support the development of hourly maintenance personnel.

Job description
