Job summary

PROMAN Staffing USA is partnering with a global packaging client to recruit a Maintenance Manager for their Bradford, PA facility. This direct-hire role offers relocation assistance and a chance to lead a 24/7 plastics operation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance leadership within plastics production, strong PLC automation skills, and a track record of improving equipment reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance leadership in manufacturing
• Experience with plastics manufacturing operations (blow/injection) preferred
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and automation experience
• Hands-on with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience leading 24/7 high-volume maintenance operations
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Experience with CMMS and continuous improvement programs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for a 24/7 plastics manufacturing facility.
• Manage and develop a team of 13 maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Drive equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Support blow molding and injection molding production equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Partner with Production and Engineering teams on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital projects.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, spare parts inventory, and outside contractors.

PROMAN Staffing is partnering with our global packaging client to source and hire a Maintenance Manager to join their facility in Bradford, PA. This is a DIRECT HIRE Opportunity, and our client will pay relocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for a 24/7 plastics manufacturing facility.
• Manage and develop a team of 13 maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Drive equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Support blow molding and injection molding production equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Partner with Production and Engineering teams on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital projects.

• Hands-on expertise with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience leading maintenance operations in a high-volume, 24/7 production environment.
• Proven success managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel, including technicians and skilled trades.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent maintenance and leadership experience will be considered.
• Experience with CMMS systems, reliability initiatives, capital projects, and continuous improvement programs is a plus.
