Texas Hydraulics is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization supporting our manufacturing operations in Temple, Texas. This role is responsible for improving equipment reliability, machine availability, facility performance, and maintenance effectiveness while supporting safety, quality, delivery, and financial objectives.
The Senior Maintenance Manager will lead the continued development of the maintenance function from a primarily reactive environment toward a proactive, reliability-centered operation. This position requires a hands‑on manufacturing leader who can develop people, strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance programs, use data to drive decisions, and build strong partnerships with Production and Manufacturing Engineering.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education, technical training, and experience will be considered.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position works in both office and manufacturing environments and requires regular presence on the production floor. The employee may work near moving mechanical equipment and may be exposed to electrical hazards, varying temperatures, humidity, elevated work areas, chemicals, and other conditions typical of an industrial manufacturing facility. The noise level is generally moderate but may be higher in production areas, and appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
The position may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and other physical activities necessary to inspect equipment and manufacturing areas and respond to maintenance needs.
