Position Summary

FM Talent is seeking a Maintenance Management Specialist II to support maintenance management operations for a U.S. Marine Corps organization at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The selected candidate will support maintenance management programs, equipment readiness tracking, maintenance program implementation, and maintenance trend analysis across supported units.

This position works closely with military and civilian leadership to ensure equipment readiness, maintenance compliance, reporting accuracy, and coordination of maintenance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance across assigned equipment platforms.
  • Maintain and update equipment readiness status reports and maintenance trackers.
  • Analyze maintenance trends, equipment readiness data, and workflow efficiencies.
  • Develop recommendations to improve maintenance operations and readiness.
  • Monitor corrective maintenance actions, work orders, and parts status to support timely resolution.
  • Support development of maintenance readiness reports and maintenance summaries.
  • Assist with inspections, audits, readiness evaluations, and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain maintenance documentation, logs, reports, trackers, and records.
  • Track certifications, licenses, training requirements, and related documentation.
  • Research and interpret maintenance policies, directives, and procedures.
  • Support daily maintenance management operations.
  • Coordinate maintenance priorities, deadlines, and taskings across supported organizations.
  • Serve as a liaison between maintenance sections and higher headquarters as directed.
  • Coordinate with maintenance leadership regarding repair timelines and equipment availability.
  • Support implementation of maintenance-related systems, technologies, and procedural updates.
  • Provide general support for maintenance management functions in accordance with Marine Corps policies, orders, and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience using:
    • GCSS-MC
    • TDM Catalyst
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps maintenance and maintenance management programs.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records and reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior service in the U.S. Marine Corps.
  • Experience supporting maintenance readiness reporting and equipment accountability.
  • Experience supporting inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Experience working within operational military environments.
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Onsite at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina
