Maintenance Make-Ready Technician

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 / hour

We have an outstanding team with 100 years in the multi-family industry! We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Make-Ready Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standards
• Assist with building and common area maintenance
• Participate in Preventative Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred)
• Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e. electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Prior knowledge of various building codes

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
