Job Title: Full-Time Maintenance Tech (M1)

Outlets North Phoenix is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech (M1). The M1 position is responsible for performing duties that preserve the integrity and value of the property, providing a safe, well-maintained facility for our customers, tenants, and employees. Under the oversight of the General Manager, the M1 organizes and performs daily maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, and other duties with minimal supervision.

This position will work the first shift and must be available to work weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain all common areas of the center, including public restrooms and parking lots, trash removal, and curb sweeping, to company standards.
2. Operate sweepers, scrubbers, and pressure washers.
3. Maintain the misting system, including replacing mister heads when not spraying properly.
4. Maintain all center equipment and vehicles according to company guidelines, including changing oil and filters without guidance.
5. Keep a safe and organized maintenance shop, ensuring equipment and supplies are accessible and in good repair.
6. Perform duties according to OSHA health and safety standards.
7. Interact professionally with the public, vendors, and staff; maintain effective working relationships and cooperate with management to meet departmental goals.
8. Maintain knowledge of all safety procedures and emergency protocols for the center.
9. Assist with special projects or events, such as setting up marketing events.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least one year of semi-skilled maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES

• Valid Driver's License
