The Maintenance Line Technician supports all production equipment and production lines, while adhering to all safety standards.

Job Details

Hours for this role are Wed-Sat 5am-3:30pm.

Compensation Range: $26.57 - $33 per hour, DOE.

  • Ensure safety by following GMPs, maintaining a clean workspace, and wearing PPE.
  • Complete safety training and maintain safety records.
  • Manage time effectively and perform self-directed work.
  • Build documentation and program VFDs, troubleshoot PLC logic.
  • Train colleagues and support production technicians.
  • Collaborate with vendors for process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
  • Use shop equipment and complete work orders in CMMS.
  • Follow maintenance planning and parts processes.
  • Maintain good attendance, GMP, and safety records.
  • Understand SQF Level 3, HACCP, and regulatory requirements to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Support teamwork, foster a positive environment, and accept work instructions.
  • Lead internal projects and participate in equipment design and installation.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Drive, and Outlook.
  • Effective time and workload management.
  • High proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and pneumatic systems.
  • Previous food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience with CMMS or similar systems.
  • 5 years' maintenance experience or 2 years plus technical degree/certification.
