Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with TPM, predictive maintenance technologies, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, PLCs, and automated production equipment.
