Job summary

Farmer Focus in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead hands-on maintenance operations across production facilities. You will drive preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and lead reliability improvements to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance leadership, proficiency with CMMS, and strong budgeting and training capabilities. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on safety, cost control, and continuous

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in maintenance management.
Knowledge of safety standards programs and maintenance systems.
Experience with capital expenditures and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on leadership to maintenance teams supporting production facilities.
Facilitate implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure production machines and support equipment run at maximum efficiency.
Oversee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of equipment.
Lead corrective and preventive maintenance initiatives.
Manage capital projects and audit equipment for reliability improvements.
Develop and train maintenance staff and supervisors.
Collaborate with Plant Managers and Complex Manager on safety programs.
Control repair spending and ensure timely parts procurement.
Support compliance with safety standards and plant procedures.
