• Ability to lift 80 lbs and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring work orders are prioritized and completed effectively.
• Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled systems, including baggers, motors, drives, fryers, and packaging machines.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies to support timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, EPA, and Food Safety regulations while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Accurately document repairs and preventive maintenance in the EAM system to meet audit requirements.
• Promote and implement 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Provide hands‑on support and training to maintenance technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

This hands‑on leadership role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical expertise, a proactive problem‑solving mindset, and a passion for mentoring and leading a team. As a Maintenance Lead, you'll play a critical role in keeping our production equipment running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while supporting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
