Autoliv is seeking a Maintenance Lead Specialist to oversee electrical infrastructure across multiple industrial manufacturing sites in Ogden, Utah. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, lead troubleshooting, and mentor Journeyman Electricians, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The role includes planning and executing electrical installations and upgrades, testing and repairing equipment, and managing Battery Energy Storage Systems integration with facility systems.

Qualifications

• Valid Master Electrician License and ongoing certifications per regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining low- and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Preferred experience with medium-voltage substations, power distribution systems, and related electrical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations; track record of compliance.
• Proven ability to maintain reliable electrical systems to support production through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the reliability of electrical systems and infrastructure across industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and improvement projects in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Lead and support electrical personnel by training, supervising, and mentoring apprentices and electricians while promoting safe work practices.
• Program, monitor, and maintain Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring safe and efficient operation and integration with facility electrical systems.

In this role you will beresponsible for maintaining the electrical infrastructure across multiple industrial manufacturing sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance activities, lead troubleshooting efforts in response to equipment abnormalities, manage electrical improvement projects, and serve as the designated qualifier and mentor for Journeyman Electricians within the team. • Maintain and ensure the reliability of electrical systems and infrastructure across industrial manufacturing facilities.

If You Have/are

• Valid Master Electrician License and ability to maintain all required certifications and credentials in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining low- and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Preferred experience with medium-voltage substations, power distribution systems, and related electrical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain reliable electrical systems that support production demands through effective troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
