Maintenance Lead - Night Shift (Transportation)

What You'll Get to Do

The Night Shift Maintenance Specialist Lead is responsible for leading a team and collaborating as a team player. The role requires willingness to be trained in other areas as needed and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

This role is ideal for an individual who:

• Works safely and identifies safety hazards
• Maintains professionalism during work hours
• Completes assigned tasks with minimal supervision

This position offers an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader within the Maintenance Department.

Job responsibilities include:

• Performing maintenance on production machinery, including analysis and diagnosis
• Reporting problems with equipment during preventative maintenance
• Assisting and guiding others with technical issues when needed

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to wire motors, motor starters, relays, and other electrical components, including Variable Frequency Drives, with minimal assistance
• Proficiency in plumbing, including PVC, black iron, and copper piping
• Experience with oxy/acetylene cutting and plasma cutters
• Ability to troubleshoot using prints and diagrams
