Job summary

CSP (Teijin Automotive Technologies) is seeking a Maintenance Leader to supervise plant maintenance activities, focusing on mold setups, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance. The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to work with various systems, and adherence to safety practices in a manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Engineering and Production, oversee weekend/holiday coverage, and ensure uptime through proactive maintenance and efficient tooling

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with mold setups and tooling.
• Capable of testing voltages and using measurement instruments.
• Strong safety compliance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant Start up and Shut down procedures as required.
• Lead maintenance operations with minimal supervision on weekends and holidays.
• Act as Maintenance Supervisor as directed by management.
• Manage maintenance and personnel in absence of managers.
• Obtain pricing for items or services supporting company needs.
• Specify material specs for readiness and production support.
• Modify/setup equipment as requested by Engineering.
• Train maintenance staff in mold setups, repairs and PM procedures.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace components on systems and equipment.
• Sharpen drills, cutters and knives; perform PM work orders.
