Job summary

CSP Composite is a leading provider of lightweight, advanced composite components for transportation. We seek a Maintenance Supervisor to organize shifts, supervise teams, and uphold safety and craftsmanship standards while coordinating with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in mechanical or electrical technology and at least five years of maintenance supervision experience, with strong hydraulics knowledge to troubleshoot

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical technology preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of related maintenance experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• Knowledge of hydraulics is beneficial for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily or weekly work for each shift and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize benefits to the company.
• Uphold safety, craftsmanship, and skill standards across the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions to facility operations.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of ongoing jobs through direct observation and reporting.
