Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, delegate and follow up with maintenance duties.
• Produce daily assignment sheets for maintenance staff.
• Provide training, instruction, follow-up and coaching to maintenance associates.
• Make recommendations for maintenance activities needing attention.
• Maintain adequate supply levels for maintenance activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakroom and restrooms.
• Sweep and damp mop all floors daily.
• Clean up spills during shift.
• Manage trash removal inside and outside store.
• Schedule rotation and cleaning of dairy shelves.
• Schedule cleaning of dairy and frozen doors.
• Sweep parking lot with designated equipment.
• Perform minor repairs of equipment and fixtures.
• Shovel and salt sidewalks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety programs.
• Maintain productivity at or above standards.
• Treat coworkers with fairness and respect.
• Communicate repairs and maintenance needs to management.
