Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Maintenance Worker to maintain all converting and corrugating equipment with a focus on minimizing downtime. You will troubleshoot PLCs, AC/DC drives, and assist in planning maintenance tasks to maximize equipment uptime.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ownership of basic tools, and preferred experience in the corrugated industry. Candidates must be able to operate safely with good housekeeping and attendance on all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must demonstrate Class B qualifications.
• Provide own tools for maintenance tasks.
• Experience in corrugated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain converting and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety and housekeeping policies at all times.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and both AC/DC drives and control systems.
• Plan and schedule maintenance, assign tasks to team members.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in line with company guidelines.
