Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Florida seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a corrugate manufacturing facility. You will help lead goals, KPIs, and a safety‑driven team responsible for reliability and uptime.

The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity, strong electrical and PLC knowledge, and familiarity with mechanical and pneumatic systems; candidates with union plant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to box.
• Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Union environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs.
• Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met, and kept within proper thresholds.
• Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtime.
• Help Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management.
