Maintenance Lead- Arkansas City, KS
This is a full time , non-exempt position
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Lead has overall responsibility for the material condition of the facility and all assets. In this dual reporting role, the Maintenance Lead reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and Plant Manager in all matters that impact the safety, environmental, quality and administrative issues and to the Regional Maintenance and Reliability Manager for technical operational performance and asset management issues.
This position is responsible for the strategic and tactical oversight of asset management strategies within the plant, with the goal of improving productivity and operational efficiencies while minimizing downtime for the business. Activities include the alignment and implementation of Maintenance and Reliability practices, programs, processes, operations effectiveness, continuous improvement techniques, proactive maintenance and repairs, product design and planning, contractor management, vendor and spare parts management, best practice applications, training and support.
Job Responsibilities:
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$56,100.00 - $93,800.00
