Foundation Communities in Austin, TX seeks a Maintenance Lead for the Cherry Creek & Daffodil communities. The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees the maintenance department, maintains safety standards, and ensures a timely return of vacated units to market-ready status within budget.

Requirements include 4–6 years of practical maintenance experience, HVAC certification, OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

• HVAC certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance department and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Restore vacated apartments to market-ready status.
• Monitor and replace lights; perform minor repairs.
• Repair appliances and report issues to Community Manager.
• Supervise maintenance staff and schedule work.
• Be on-call as required.
• Follow safety standards and budget constraints.
