Job summary

Palermo Villa, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an experienced Maintenance Lead for the 3rd shift to move the site toward planned maintenance. You will lead technicians, stay hands-on with PLCs, VFDs, servos and robotics, and help embed predictive maintenance for better planning and uptime.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on industrial maintenance experience with leadership or mentoring.
• Ability to lead a shift team and drive improvements.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics).
• Commitment to safety and detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a shift of technicians to maintain lines with 98%+ uptime.
• Bring structure to the shift and mentor technicians.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Drive the move toward predictive maintenance and better planning.
