Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an industrial maintenance support role to assist the supervisor with daily plant activities. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, set up and break down production lines, and manage paperwork in the SAP system.

The position requires 3rd-shift availability, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work in hot and cold environments. Training and inventory coordination are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance experience.
• Able to communicate with team and management.
• Willingness to learn Tyson SAP software for work orders and daily documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for 12 hours.
• Willingness to learn inventory management and assist supervisor with projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in communicating daily instructions to team.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair plant equipment and assets.
• Set up, adjust and break down production line machinery.
• Process paperwork and daily documentation in SAP system.
• Support inventory management and coordinate with contractors/vendors.
• Work in hot, cold, and wet environments and complete required training.
