Your Daily Responsibilities

• Lead & Supervise: Train, motivate, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Plan & Coordinate: Collaborate with the maintenance planner to assign tasks and support operations.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain food safety, health, and safety standards per company policies and SQF 2000.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects, reduce downtime, and suggest efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, using diagnostic tools, and operating mechanical and electrical equipment; basic computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols, Lock-Out Tag-Out, PPE, lift truck operation, and food safety standards (GMPs, HACCP).
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work in hot/cold/dusty/noisy environments, and perform tasks involving standing, bending, and climbing.
