Job summary

Ambo Properties is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems. The role emphasizes safety, high-quality service, and attention to detail in a dynamic property management environment.

The successful candidate will perform routine checks, diagnose issues, and document service records. Requires EPA and HVAC certifications, a High School diploma or GED, and 1–3 years in property maintenance. Weekend/evening availability may be needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

TheLead Maintenancewill be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of ourresidential buildings. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair HVAC systems in residential units.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address their concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate service records.

• Additional General Maintenance Repairs (as needed)- Carpentry, painting, trash outs etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field (preferred).

Physical Demands:
