The position is contract to permanent, with a starting pay of $17.25 per hour and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Overtime and after-hours responses may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of relevant maintenance, construction, or mechanical repair experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid West Virginia driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Previous leadership or maintenance coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must pass required background and drug screenings.
• Able to work overtime or respond to emergency calls as needed.

Responsibilities
